Shipping & Returns

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you don't want the item after it has been received and we have correctly listed and advertised the item received you can contact us to inquire about returning the item. In this scenario you will be required to pay the return shipping. Upon receiving the returning item you will be refunded your purchase price/winning bid LESS 15% restocking fee. Original shipping will not be refunded. The item must be returned in the same condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Order Cancellation Prior to Shipment

We understand that sometimes, due to certain circumstances, you may wish to cancel an order after it has been paid for. If you wish to cancel please email us as soon as possible because we ship fast. If your order has already been pulled by our shipping department, then we will issue you a refund less a 5% restocking fee off the purchase price (original shipping is refundable). However, if your order has already shipped, then our above return policy will apply.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International Shipping Information

International Customers should allow a MINIMUM of 10 BUSINESS days for delivery of items sent via standard Priority Mail or FCM Mail Intl.. Sometimes Customs can slow down or delay this time frame, (unfortunately this is out of our control, please contact your local customs office for delay inquiries).  If you item has not arrived within 30 days of shipment date, please contact us so we can initiate an Intl. package inquiry.

Intl. customers should also note that you could potentially face duty, tax or VAT from your local government. these fees are NOT included in the total price & will be the responsibility of you, the importer. Please check with your local government or customs department for applicable information.

Tracking 

All customers will receive a tracking number after shipment. Tracking info will be sent to the email address you have on file. Please make sure you have the correct email address on file & that you have all email blockers & spam filters disabled to allow incoming mail from us.
